Golden Estero, a dampa style restaurant, offers you food that's cooked to order. They are currently located at the 2nd floor of the very cool and hip food park, Arkipelago so you won't be travelling thru gruelling traffic just for a taste of dampa.

They have an open kitchen concept and you can see and watch the crew on how they prepare and cook your food. Here are some of the dishes that they have prepared for us.

I like that their chicken is not dry given that it's skin is crispy. Chicken is also seasoned well and of course cooked evenly.

The porkchop has crispy skin and tender juicy meat inside. Perfect as your viand or even as "pulutan".
They also offer vegetable dishes for people who like the healthier option :)

The combination of this pancit bihon's saucy texture and the pork leg makes this dish so good! But I may be biased since I like my pancit a bit saucy :)

This is everyone's favorite, I think. The Salted Egg Crab. You can pick out which crab (or seafood) you want to be cooked, choose the sauce and they will cook it for you. This dish is deep fried topped with your choice of sauce, in this case salted egg.

These freshly made buchis are the perfect dessert to end your meal. Crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside with just the right amount of sweetness to it. The only buchi that I would eat again, seriously.
We had a really great dining experience at Golden Estero. From the freshly prepared and cooked meals to the courteous and attentive staff, this restaurant is worth trying.
