Froozy: A different kind of snow experience
Good thing we have the mall if we want to cool off a bit and do some window shopping. And speaking of the mall, I have stumble upon this really cool snow bar in Robinson's Galleria named Froozy.
The making of the Halo Halo Froozy |
What they do is shave half of the flavored ice, put the sauce on top of it then shave the remaining ice and top it again with sauce. Talk about generous. |
The base of the bingsu is not flavored, meaning you pour the sauce/flavoring on top of the bingsu while froozy's base is already flavored and it also has a lower caloric count that you regular snow.

But this is my ultimate favorite from their specials.
Froozy's own version of Halo Halo |
I loved their halo halo. For me, everything in the Halo Halo Froozy was divine and their leche flan is to die for. It has the right amout of sweetness and a bit of bitterness but it works. I even suggested them to sell leche flan as a separate product, it's really that good. The ube base was also tasty and really goes well with the macapuno.

They also have pleasant and attentive staff which is important because they will be the one who will be serving and facing their customers.

Froozy's current place has a 7-seating capacity, perfect for the barkada in this increasing heat in the metro.
So what's your favorite Froozy?
